Do you live in the Sacramento region, and are looking to save gas and enjoy the beautiful waterways?
We have 5 beautiful lakes near Sacramento, all within a days trip!
Yes, Lake Tahoe is beautiful, but it’s a bit far to drive for just the day.
These lakes are not in any particular order, just 5 lakes we enjoy for the day
– Bullards Bar
– Scotts Flat Reservoir
– Rollins Lake Reservoir
– Sly Park at Jenkinson Lake
– Folsom and Lake Natoma
Yes, as the video mentions, there is camping and fishing as well as trails at all of these lakes, but for this video, we concentrate on the day-use areas.

You wanted to know how long you need to wait after having a baby before you get into a swimming pool. And a good rule of thumb is to wait until you’ve been checked out by your doctor at your postpartum visit, and made sure that everything looks good, and they’ve cleared you to do so. And there’s a couple of reasons for this. Number 1 is that after either a vaginal delivery or a C-section, you’re going to have bleeding for 3 to 6 weeks after delivery, and you can’t use tampons while you’re having that bleeding, and so you shouldn’t get into a swimming pool until all of that bleeding has stopped.
Another consideration is infection, because it takes time for the cervix to close back up, and whether you had a vaginal delivery or a C-section, your cervix is probably dilated a little bit. And if you had a C-section, you have a healing incision. And so again, for all of these reasons, it’s just best to wait until you’ve seen your doctor at your postpartum visit and they’ve cleared you to go swimming. The Iwatobi Swimming Club’s first relay at the prefectural tournament.
The race was originally split between two episodes (8 and 9), so I combined it for your viewing pleasure! Also Haru’s leg had some singularly lame background music, so I replaced it with something more fitting.
And I toned down the girls’ screaming because good grief, my ears.
